We get this secondary mission by talking to Sister Glory at the entrance to Denver Ruins. She asks us to take out the Godfishers in the area so that she and the rest of the Gippers can feel safe. Head south from the Reagan Statue and at the split go southwest. A radio call wil start as you approach the area and if you have Perception 6 you’ll be able to tell who the caller is: Mist-that-Burns. She’s the woman the Reagan statue let go when you entered the area for the first time. She tells you about the traps this place is and you’ll get to choose between helping them massacre all of the Gippers or straight up kill them. We’re here to kill them so deny their request.

Move ahead and you’ll have to fight several Godfishers throughout this area. This is not a difficult fight at all, but beware of the tripwires you can find here on ground level. Do use the explosive barrels you find to help you out in these smaller areas. After the fight, however, check the pile of junk on the southern side, up the stairs and where the bonfire is to find the What Came Before? (tape).

Head west from this area to find yourself in another fight with even more Godfishers. This fight is very similar to the previous one, only that now you have some snipers in the back and they can really hurt you. I recommend you stick to the eastern side to take advantage of the walls to protect you. Again, not much for look, but look on the eastern side for a little room where you can find a weapon crate and a pile of junk that has the What Comes After? (tape)

The next group of Godfishers are located to the east of Denver, and we need to kill them anyway as part of the main mission “The Zealot”. It’s nothing too hard anyway. Make good use of ALL the exploding barrels around the area and the upper area near the entrance and you’ll be fine. Just make sure to stay away from said barrels because you can get caught in the explosions.

After you’ve taken out these 3 camps of Godfishers return to Sister Glory and let her know. It seems there’s a “warband” of Godfishers in the area. Let’s lure it out. Head back to your Kodiak and try to leave to trigger a little area where the Godfishers finally appear near the Reagan Statue, commanded by Mist-that-Burns. Pick whichever answers you like. You already denied her at the very beginning of this mission so it doesn’t really matter. You’ll end up fighting them either way.

The fight can be a bit challenging as there’s a total of 14 enemies. You’ll have some enemies with firearms, but several of them have machetes and giant clubs so they won’t really do much damage if you have a lot of armor on your characters. Make really good use of your Kodiak as it can prove to be excellent cover and still do SO much damage to the enemy.

After the fight simply go talk to Sister Glory to get your reward. Pretty simple.
